  15. For chocolate ganache
  16. 100 GM Dark compound Chocolate
  17. 50 GM amul fresh cream

Instructions to make to make Dark chocolate cake

  1. First take any bowl seive refined flour,sugar, baking, powder, baking soda and Cocoa powder mix it with the help of spatula.
  2. Now take any another bowl put curd and make it lump free with the help of whisker. After that add oil,chocolate essence coffee and vinegar mix it properly.
  3. Mix all dry ingredients into wet ingredients. Mix it with well.If better is too much thick add little water or milk to make smooth better. Now Grease your mould and pour your better in a mould. preheat oven for 180° and bake it for 30 to 35 minutes.
  4. After 30 minute put any tooth pick in cake if it is clean it means your cake is ready. Let it cool.While the cake is cooling we will prepare the frosting for cake.
  5. Take any deep bowl. Put cream in a bowl and beat it with the help of electric beater. Whisk until cream is double in size.Keep aside. Now melt dark chocolate add amul fresh cream and make a perfect ganache.
  6. Now cut cake into two parts.Take 1layer of cake soak it with the help of water. Apply whipped cream spread it on the layer,after that put 2 tbsp of chocolate ganache sprinkle choco chips and spread it on the cream.
  7. Now put first layer on the second layer repeat same processes for the second layer.After that crumble coat your cake. Now covered your cake with whipped cream and give the cake a good finishing with palot knife.After that pour chocolate ganache over the cake. lf chocolate ganache is became too much thick than add 2 spoon of milk and microwave it then pour on the cake.keep cake in fridge for 5 to10 mintues.
  8. Now decorate your cake as you want.
