    In a bowl mix together maida, Cocoa powder, salt and baking powder and set aside
  2. Now in another bowl beat the eggs and sugar well until fluffy.
  3. Now add vanilla essence and oil in and beat again.
  4. Now add dry mixture in two portions and beat again just to mix it and over beat in this stage.
  5. Now take swiss roll tray and grease it well and line it with baking paper.
  6. Pour the mixture in the tray and bake at 180°C for 10-12 minutes
  7. Now take out of the oven and remove baking paper and then roll it and take aside.
  8. Filling Preparation:
    In a bowl whip the cream until stiff peaks form.
  9. Ganache Preparation:
    melt chocolate and add whipping cream in it and mix it well.
  10. Let it set for 1 hour until it came to spreading consistency.
  11. Assembling:
    Now unroll the cake and spread evenly the whipped cream.
  12. Now roll the cake again gently and carefully.
  13. Now cover it with prepared ganache.
