    Add chocolate essence and lemon juice and mix.
    Mix only until well combined. Don't over mix.
  5. Pour the batter into the pan and bake low medium flame for 30 - 35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the centre comes out clean.
  6. Let the cakes cool down.
